This is a fully tailored and highly personal one-on-one process, designed specifically for leaders, CEO, and business owners seeking profound transformation.
In a process over a six-month period, we create a unique and expansive space - both physically and mentally - where you can explore new perspectives, challenge ingrained patterns, and develop in ways that truly matter. Each setting is carefully curated to inspire deep reflection, clarity, and meaningful growth.
As part of the six-month program, there will be a walk-and-talk journey in the Traumuntana Mountains on Mallorca. This will be planned during the initial meeting and program kickoff.
This is a journey into the core of who you are as a leader and as a human being. It’s "not" just coaching, its about unlocking your full potential, creating lasting change, and shaping the future with purpose and vision.

The roots of my method
My first and very early personal development journey, began when I was 8 years old, training at the Royal Ballet. Those were the best years of my school life, though I didnt realize it at the time. It was a perfect way to spend my days, immersed in creativity, discipline, and a very strong ability to focus on the precent moment, especially in the relation to fear
